We set up a portable studio in a meeting room, shoot each person in about five minutes, and pack down without fuss. Everyone gets matching, on-brand headshots for the website, email signatures and LinkedIn.

What we need from you

A space of roughly 3m by 3m, a power socket, and a list of who is coming. We will send a short guide you can share with the team about what to wear.

Prefer your own brand colour behind everyone? Tell us the colour and we will match it with gels on the day, or keep it simple on white or grey.

Coverage

We cover Rutland, Stamford, Peterborough, Leicester, Corby and Melton Mowbray, with travel inside 25 miles included.

Everything includes retouching, an online gallery and a full licence to use your photos wherever you like.

Actors: the Spotlight session is £175 and includes a natural and a character look. Extra retouched images are £20 each.

What should I wear?

Plain, solid colours you feel good in. Skip busy patterns and big logos. Bring two or three options and we will help you choose on the day.

Do I have to have a bright colour background?

Not at all. We shoot on white, grey and black too. The coloured gels are there for when you want to stand out.

I hate having my photo taken. Will this work for me?

Most people say that. We coach you through every frame, show you the results as we go and keep shooting until you are happy.

How long does a session take?

Between 20 and 60 minutes depending on the package. On-site team sessions take about five minutes per person.

Is retouching included?

Yes. We tidy skin, stray hairs and blemishes while keeping you looking like you.

Can you come to our office?

Yes. We bring a portable studio and need roughly a 3m by 3m space and a power socket. Most teams are done in a morning.

Can I use the photos anywhere?

Yes. You get a full licence to use your images on your website, social media, press and print.
